Answers before you ask for the demo
What if the guard has no signal at the post?
With no signal, the supervisor can record attendance from the dashboard. They can also clock in over the site WiFi where the customer has it.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers up to 3 users and 1 site, with no card and no expiry date: enough to run one post, and it never expires. Pro costs USD 80 per month and covers up to 30 users and 10 sites. For larger operations, with supervisors assigned per zone and several legal entities, we quote to fit.
Can a guard clock in from home if they have GPS?
No. The geofence requires physical presence inside the perimeter. On top of that we detect spoofed locations: faking the GPS is flagged in the record.
Do you handle 12-hour or night shifts?
Yes. Time windows are configured per shift, with no limit on duration. If a clock-in or clock-out is missing, the supervisor gets an automatic alert.
How do I know a guard did not leave the post early?
Every record captures both the clock-in and the clock-out. If a guard leaves before the shift ends it is flagged in the report and the supervisor is notified.
Can I use it for guards across different buildings?
Yes. Each guard post is an independent zone with its own geofence, its own schedule and its own assigned supervisor. One guard can cover several posts.
