Answers before you ask for the demo
Does CheckPin track drivers along their route?
No. CheckPin does no fleet tracking and draws no vehicle routes: it records clock-ins at fixed points, inside the geofence of each warehouse, depot or loading point. If what you need is vehicle tracking on the road, this is not the tool.
Does it handle rotating and night shifts?
Yes. Each site can have several shifts with their own time window, including a night shift that crosses midnight. Reports group by shift automatically.
Can someone clock in from outside by faking their GPS?
The system detects spoofed locations and rejects those attempts, on top of requiring the device to be inside the perimeter. Every rejected attempt stays visible on the dashboard, with its reason.
Can I have one lead per warehouse?
Yes. Each supervisor is assigned to the zones they run and sees only the people and the clock-ins for those sites. The rest of the operation does not appear for them.
Does it hold up for a claim about hours worked?
Every clock-in and every change of site, schedule or role lands in an immutable audit trail, and zones keep version history. The perimeter on a past date is still the perimeter of that date even if the site changes today.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers up to 3 users and 1 site, with no card and no expiry date: enough to run one warehouse, and it never expires. Pro costs USD 80 per month and covers up to 30 users and 10 sites. For larger operations, with supervisors assigned per zone and several legal entities, we quote to fit.
