Attendance on site: who arrived, at which site and at what time
The foreman cannot be on five sites at once. Each site is a zone with its own geofence: the worker clocks in from their phone on arrival, and outside the perimeter there is no clock-in. The timesheet builds itself, with nothing written by hand.

Answers before you ask for the demo
Does it work if crews move to a different site every week?
Yes. Sites are set up as zones and people are reassigned when the work front changes. History stays tied to the site where the person clocked in that day, so reassigning today does not alter earlier timesheets.
What if there is no signal on site?
The clock-in needs a connection at the moment it happens. If the work front has neither mobile data nor WiFi, the supervisor can record attendance from the dashboard, and that record is flagged in the audit trail as entered by the supervisor.
Does it hold up for a labour inspection?
Every clock-in and every change of site, schedule or role lands in an immutable audit trail. Zones keep version history: the perimeter of 12 March is still the perimeter of 12 March even if the site moves today.
Can I have one foreman per site who sees only their own work?
Yes. Each supervisor is assigned to the zones they run and sees only the people and the clock-ins for those sites. The rest of the team does not appear for them.
Can I require a photo as evidence of progress or a task?
Yes. The supervisor creates the task, assigns it to someone on the site, and the worker completes it from their phone with a photo attached. It is recorded together with its evidence.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers up to 3 users and 1 site, with no card and no expiry date: enough to run one site, and it never expires. Pro costs USD 80 per month and covers up to 30 users and 10 sites. For larger operations, with supervisors assigned per zone and several legal entities, we quote to fit.
