What does the cleaning team need in order to clock in?
Just a phone with internet. No app to install: they open the link, sign in and clock in. If someone forgot their phone, the supervisor can clock them in from the dashboard.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers up to 3 users and 1 site, with no card and no expiry date: enough to run one customer, and it never expires. Pro costs USD 80 per month and covers up to 30 users and 10 sites. For larger operations, with supervisors assigned per zone and several legal entities, we quote to fit.
How do I know staff are really at the customer site?
The system uses a geofence: the employee has to be inside the assigned perimeter to clock in. Half a block away is not enough. On top of that, every task accepts a photo as evidence.
Do you handle several shifts per customer?
Yes. One customer can have morning, afternoon and night shifts with different people. Each shift has its own time window and geofence, and reports group by shift automatically.
Can it integrate with a payroll system?
We export hours worked to CSV, ready to import. There is also an API to integrate with your own system.
What if an employee has no mobile data?
Not a problem. The system works over the WiFi at the customer's site. If there is no WiFi either, the supervisor can record attendance from the dashboard.
